We primarily quote on FOB (Free on Board) basis from India Ports including Nahwa Shewa, Mundra, Kutch. We can also quote CIF (Cost, Insurance, Frieght) to your destination port on request. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available fort selected markets with established freight partners.

Our food-contact products — aluminium foil, cling film, and butter wrap paper — are manufactured to comply with FDA 21 CFR standards (USA) and EU Regulation 1935/2004 / 10/2011 (Europe). Compliance documentation and test reports are provided with every shipment of these products.

Every production batch undergoes in-house QC testing including: GSM verification, ply count check, sheet count verification, tensile strength testing, wet strength testing, and packaging inspection. A QC report is issued for every shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is available at buyer’s cost.

We manufacture products using both 100% virgin pulp and recycled/blended pulp depending on the product grade. Premium products (facial tissue boxes, 2-ply hotel toilet rolls, premium kitchen towels) use 100% virgin pulp. Product-specific pulp information is clearly stated in all quotations.

For standard products without custom branding: 10–15 business days from order confirmation and advance payment. For private label / custom printed products: 20–25 business days from sample approval and advance payment. These lead times are for FCL shipments. LCL shipments may have additional consolidation time.

Our primary export ports are JNPT (Nhava Sheva, Mumbai), Hazira (Surat), and Mundra (Kutch). The nearest port to our factory in Surat is Hazira, making it the most cost-efficient for most shipments. For specific destination routing, we can advise which port gives you the best transit time and freight cost.

Yes. All our products can be customized within manufacturing parameters. You can specify your required GSM, sheet count, sheet dimensions, roll diameter, and ply count. Custom specifications are subject to feasibility review and may require minimum order quantities to justify production setup costs.
